REPS is a family-owned business operating out of Gainesville, VA. Chris and Kelly Hayes are proud parents of 6 children. Established in 2022, Chris and Kelly started the business with the vision of eliminating as much stress as possible during Real Estate transactions, both for agents and home buyers/sellers.
Our Services
REPS offers Transaction Coordinating services, including Pre-Transaction Coordination, Contract to Close Coordination, Dual Side Coordination, and a variety of A-La-Carte tasks.
REPS also offers Real Estate Photography Services. Our TC and Photography services operate independently.
