Brokerage-to-close coordination involves managing all the details of a real estate transaction from the moment you meet with a client until the deal closes. This includes tracking deadlines, coordinating with title and escrow companies, ensuring inspections and appraisals are completed on time, managing contingencies, facilitating communication between all parties, and ensuring all documents are properly signed and submitted. The goal is to keep the transaction on track.
Dual Side Transaction Coordination would include everything in the "Brokerage Agreement-To-Close," for both listing and selling sides of a transaction.
